First impressions matter, and often your branding is the first impression a customer will have of your business. It doesn't matter if it is on a website, print ad or business card, your logo needs to stand out and get the right kind of attention.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and so is your logo. At a glance your customers should know what your business stands for. If your logo looks like it could be for any business in any field then it isn't helping you at all. A logo should speak to a customer and say as much about your business as you do.
